164 LSAT, 3.38 GPA, good softs, LORS, top 50 private school. Also Hispanic URM. I applied at the end of December and went complete around the 20th at most of the schools I applied to. I haven't received any decisions and starting to get nervous about whether I should apply to more schools...thoughts? (I know a lot of these are reaches)

I disagree on NYU. URM or not, your stats are still pretty low. I could understand MAYBE a 166 and a 3.5 with a great essay and good softs, but GPA and LSAT are just a little bit too low. Aside from that, I think the first poster has your chances about dead on.

Are you Puerto Rican or Mexican American? These groups get the biggest boost, though anecdotally all Hispanics get a boost at many schools. I would say you'll be golden for schools in the #20-30 range, but unless you are in one of the aforementioned groups, you may be waitlisted or dinged by schools higher up. Outside shot at Cornell, again depending on your exact URM status. I've seen it happen.
