My initial reaction is that you're of the T14 (I'm cynical when it comes to these things.), but since you're a URM (female hardly matters now, if at all) I'll venture that you've got a shot at the lower T14. GULC, Cornell, and Northwestern because of the work experience should be in. Possibly UVA or Duke EA.

In short, apply early, and to a lot more schools. HTH.

Thanks, I am f but could not apply early due to finances. Hope january application is not too late!

Any other opinions?

what kind of URM? AA get a much more siginificant boost than others.
