ASW first impressions - beard, long hair? Forum

So obviously clean cut during interviews and anything related to job/employment.

What about ASW? Clean shaven and fresh hair cut? Are either a beard and/or long hair OK for ASW or should you treat ASW like you would any other professional function?

Granted I've only been to two ASW's, but beard/long hair definitely seems okay. You've already been accepted. Now they are trying to impress you.

dont really see why this would matter. do you feel more approachable by other students with long hair and a full beard or not? People get way to nit picky with these things. The ones I've gone to have been chill
