Re: Visiting Cornell, what should I wear?
i'm an undergrad at cornell and i can tell you that it is QUITE cold this month, coldest year in all the time i've been here. dress super warm, all the kids i see walking around the law school are bundled up. also expect it to snow cuz it's snowed everday here ( no exaggeration) since early january. but if you're visiting in march maybe it'll be a little warmer, and by that i mean about 30 degrees lol

1. Google "Eskimo outfit" to find pictures of Eskimo clothing to sarcastically post.
2. ??????
3. Whoa, there are a lot of really skimpy Eskimo outfits out there.

Wear whatever you want, it really doesn't matter.

Re: Visiting Cornell, what should I wear?
Anything you see in this video would be acceptable.
Real Answer: For simple class visits, I would wear want ever makes you the most comfortable. Most people will be in jeans and hoodies or sweaters. But, if you plan on talking to admissions at all, I would wear something a little nicer, e.g. khakis and button-down.

Yes. Just wear this. I had a meeting with admissions last year and wore jeans and a button down. I was still accepted. I was not cast out.SteelPenguin wrote:I have an application in at Cornell, and I plan on visiting soon. I will be sitting in on a class and going on a campus tour. It's probably going to be cold, and I don't know what to wear. I am leaning towards going with a button-up shirt and dress pants, but with the walking and cold I'm wondering if that is necessary. At the moment, I don't have any interviews or meetings with admissions.
