Rutgers Law c/o 2021 Applicants (2017-2018)
Hey, everyone! Anyone seriously considering Rutgers? I received a decent amount of $ and am considering enrolling at the Newark campus.

I got offered a lot more money from schools ranked much higher so I'm probably not headed to Rutgers.

4LE here set to graduate in May. I'm on the Newark campus. I've had a very positive experience here, and I'd be happy to answer any questions. Good luck with your decisions!

In at Rutgers with 19k. Will probably try to negotiate higher, but Rutgers is a contender for sure.

Hi! I'm moving to Newark for the summer and cannot find a good sublet. Do you have any advice or know any law students subletting?

In at Rutgers with 19k too. Went to a tour and an admissions counselor told me they’re unlikely to go much higher but that it’s always worth a shot.
I’m seriously considering putting down a deposit. 15k for a law school education is appealing for sure... and I had a great tour. Much nicer building that Seton Hall, btw

Who were you told to contact in regards to the scholarship offer? I'm looking to get more $$$ too.courtappoint wrote:In at Rutgers with 19k too. Went to a tour and an admissions counselor told me they’re unlikely to go much higher but that it’s always worth a shot.

admissions@law.rutgers.edu. I sent them a nice email and attached my other offers, and they were very willing to review it and raised their offer by a bit. I'm trying to hold off on a deposit until I hear back from T14s but I can't deny that Rutgers is likely to be my best option by far. Their reviewing their offer pretty much sealed the deal for me.
