Keep me posted on your status! Hoping our past service gives us the bump to get in. I get out this March after 4 years.KPUSN07 wrote:Great to hear - active duty navy officer (transitioning out next summer) - same as you - strong LORs, strong PS - hoping to get in as well.jbutter02 wrote:My LSAT is below Median but my GPA is >75% and have strong softs... active duty Marine, strong LORs and personal statement. I saw that you also applied to Fordham. When did you hear back? I think I applied mid September and still haven't heard back

Got my acceptance last Friday, 12/8. Congrats to all who also heard good news and best of luck to everyone else! There's still plenty of time to hear good news with scholarships too!

Re: U of MD c/o 2021 Applicants
Is anybody on here applying to the PT program?
And if so, is it completely insane and unrealistic to work think it might be possible to work in D.C. and go to law school in the evening at UMD?

Uh assuming night classes start at 7pm with traffic you would have to leave DC at like 4GULC4lyf wrote:Is anybody on here applying to the PT program?

Applying today finally. Kinda pointless since I know I won't be attending because their scholarships and placement are so poor compared to better schools in the region.

Considering their 75th % scholarship amount is 15k per year, I'm amazed it's on anyone's list. Who can afford to go to a school that low ranked for that much cost of attendance?kippercd wrote:Got scholarship email today, needless to say MD is no longer a school i will be considering...

I wouldnt have to move to attend is why but i just got a full tution to UIUC so thats makes their terrible employment and bad scholarship worse.Eleven wrote:Considering their 75th % scholarship amount is 15k per year, I'm amazed it's on anyone's list.
