Starting thread for those who end up on the GWU waitlist - checking in.

Last year this thread wasn't created until April. Does GW take people off the waitlist before then or has the long ride begun?

Were you applying to the full time or part time program? Also, did you apply ED?

Full Time no ED.
Thanks, hoping to hear back soon from the rest. So far this is the only school I've heard from.

Talking with Admissions - not sure they revisit WLs until April.

Checking in. I completed my application about 10 days ago. Heard back from 3 schools : UGA, GSU, GW. Accepted to both UGA, GSU with scholarship. Waitlisted GW.
I’m a grad student at BU Med studying Epi currently. Undergrad GPA 4.0. BU GPA 3.9. Lsat was above median but not by much.
GW WL came after the string of my first two acceptances so was a definitely sad however, they do get a lot of applicants and I am a splitter (the odds are not in my favor).

Your Gpa is perfect and Your Lsat was above median, so why you are a splitter?

Got a waitlist email this afternoon.. I am 170 LSAT and a 3.66 GPA. I did list my other schools in that section of the app, but was definitely surprised/disappointed by the wait list decision.

I received a waitlist decision from GWU law on 1st March. They said that there will be at least 50 positions available for waitlist students.

We’ll see! Hopefully that is true.

Any waitlist movement? It was around this time last year that GW sent out a feeler e-mail so hopefully it should be soon!
