Grats folks. Still UR despite going UR at the same time many of you did, 11/7. Not a good sign. This has been a reoccurring theme for me it seems. 166/3.37.

I went UR 10/17, with the first wave of acceptance people and didn't hear back until the second wave 12/5 (when I got accepted) so don't worry too much. Seems like sometimes they like to skip over people for a variety of reasons.dasseeker wrote:Grats folks. Still UR despite going UR at the same time many of you did, 11/7. Not a good sign. I'll go. Not sure about the dress code though. Probably business casual will do based on the pictures.somewhereclassof2021 wrote:PS: Any other admits attending the February 7th reception in D.C.? I found out about it through the GW Portal.

also, did anyone write a Why GW? if so, where did you put it on the app? the optional statement is for what seems like a short DS and there's no where else for a Why GW unless they don't give a shit if you put it in the optional statement slot

How long after acceptance did it take for the GW package to arrive? It's been over 2 weeks and nothing....

Received the GWU box today. Beats the Vandy Black Box in presentation, but the Black Box had more/better information imo.

Could anyone tell me that which express did GWU use to send the admission packet? Is there any way that can ask the admission office for a track number or something? I was admitted in 11/20, but haven’t received their packege yet... I live outside of the US, and I really doubt if my packet was lost on the road...

Checking in. Admitted on 12/4 (went complete on 10/20). Planning to attend admitted students event in DC in Feb.
Any other admitted veterans (I'm a navy sub officer, transition out this summer)? Feel free to send me a PM.

Submitted.
LSAT = 50th
GPA = 25 < x < 50
I'd love to be in DC but doubt I'm getting any money from here

My file just went complete. Does that mean they're working through the holiday?

Yep I think so. I got an email reply from someone in their office yesterday, and someone else I know got an email reply from them today.of2273 wrote:My file just went complete. Does that mean they're working through the holiday?

I went complete 12/26. When should I expect to hear back? I know last cycle around this time people were hearing back within 2 or 3 weeks of completion.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
