Re: Stanford Law Applicants c/o 2021
Question: I submitted my application early last week and received an email notification from them on 1/4 saying they received my app and would send a follow up with info & a status checker once they process my app. Haven't heard anything since--has anyone else experienced this long of a lag?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Can those who have been accepted speak to whether their status tracker changes, and if so, when did it change in relation to the acceptance call? Thanks!

Mine changed several hours after the call. It now reads "Decision Letter Sent."SopranoSaxophone wrote:Can those who have been accepted speak to whether their status tracker changes, and if so, when did it change in relation to the acceptance call? Thanks!

Re: Stanford Law Applicants c/o 2021
Congratulations to everyone who was admitted today!
It seems like most of this week's admits submitted/went complete around mid-October, but I'm wondering if this correlation will last the entire cycle (i.e., first wave of admits = complete in Sept, second wave = complete in Oct., etc.).
According to the OP of the 2011 Applicants thread, the complete dates of admits became more scattered starting in late January. For example, the post has two people getting admitted on 1/22 who went complete on 1/19 (168, 4) and 1/15 (178, 4), and two people admitted on 1/29 who went complete on 1/19 (170, 3.97) and 1/22 (172, 3.92).
What with rising application numbers, this info may not be very applicable to this cycle, but it still gives a little hope that applying/going complete relatively late doesn't necessarily mean a late admission.

I hope so. I submitted within the first week or two of the application. Above 75th LSAT and at 75th GPA; not K-JD; not URMpersonpitch wrote:Congratulations to everyone who was admitted today!

My own stats are pretty similar to this (I’m a tad south of the 75th GPA). My guess is that with the increase in applicants, schools are holding off on all but the most stellar applicants until the end of this month to see what comes in.dhbiv wrote:I hope so.
