If you apply through the school's proprietary app on its website (as opposed to applying through LSAC), they wave the fee.stjeff00 wrote:Has anyone successfully solicited a fee waiver? and how did you go about it?

There is a fee waiver request form on their website. Just fill that out and give them a day or two and they should send you an email back with one.stjeff00 wrote:Has anyone successfully solicited a fee waiver? and how did you go about it?

Do any ED applicants know what the school means when it says that the application must be submitted by Jan. 5, but all supporting documents must be on file by Jan. 12? Which of the supporting documents are they referring to? I'm nervous that one of my LORs may not be submitted by Friday...

Thank you! I filled it out and they actually got back to me with one fairly quicklyJC420 wrote:There is a fee waiver request form on their website. I was able to get one hassle free. I think I just submitted the fee waiver application on the NDLS website and they gave me a code via email. It's very easy and quick.stjeff00 wrote:Has anyone successfully solicited a fee waiver? and how did you go about it?

I think it basically means that you have to have hit the submit button by 1/5, and they have to have everything that would cause the app to be considered complete by 1/12. As long as you get the LOR in by the 12th I think you'll be ok.

That's my interpretation as well - glad it's not just me. I guess I'll still reach out to admissions to be safe.hamshotfirst wrote:bchi1 wrote:Do any ED applicants know what the school means when it says that the application must be submitted by Jan. 5, but all supporting documents must be on file by Jan. 12? Re: Notre Dame Law School c/o 2021 Applicants (2017-18)
I haven't heard anything (no date change, no nothing) since the end of October. I haven't considered emailing them because applicants and applications are up so it seems just normal for them to be slower than usual. I don't think emailing them is going to help.hamshotfirst wrote:I went complete on 10/18 and I've still heard nothing. No date change, no nothing. It's getting to the point where I'm considering emailing them. I don't want to email unnecessarily and be annoying, but this is getting a bit frustrating.

My date changed. Does anyone know about how long we should expect to wait until we get a decision?
