Anyone know the soonest a reserve candidate might hear back? I know we can be waiting well into the summer, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of some early success stories to tide me over.

Ever since I received the interview request I've been researching a ton about Cornell and it has shot up to the top of my list. Waiting for a decision is going to suck.

Dinged this morning after interviewing 11/9.

Not devastated, but definitely disappointed. I feel like I was always in the reject pile considering my status never changed from "interview requested." In that case, I wish they'd rejected me a month ago and not left me refreshing the status checker for another five weeks.

Also, really interested to see how their medians and ranking end up after this seemingly really unpredictable cycle. I'm right at both 75ths so I don't think it was YP.

Did you interview the first go round? Also is your GPA around a 3.7x? Asking bc, I am in a similar boat. Went RFR 2 on 13th, reapplicant.

Just finished the “interview.” I thought it was kind of fun? It’s 7 questions - I think it was 4 videos and 3 written.

Yes to the first question. And I don't have a UGPA on a 4.0 scale since I went to college abroad. Best of luck!

I meant admission. There are probably other abbreviations for that

Super late to the game here (was holding off paying that $115 until hearing from my ED school).

For the character & fitness section - I filled out the box in the actual question portion, but the Crime attachment is required after marking "yes." Did you just repeat what you wrote in a pdf? It's just a speeding ticket so only a few lines

It seems like Cornell has some really odd admission practices.
