Does this mean I missed the ding wave or have they just not looked at my application yet? Noticed someone here got a ding after submitting on 10/26.
it seemed like I was under review/ready for review forever and then i just randomly got the interview request
wouldn't worry about it too much
At 164/3.93 I'm not expecting an interview request. I'm more about being mentally and emotionally prepared to receive my ding email. But thanks for the info!

They probably haven’t gotten to us yet. I haven’t seen an interview request for someone submitted later than we did

I think they’re the same.

Submitted the 30th and got an interview request the 3rd
Interesting, that’s really quick. Well, for the most part people who submitted toward the end of October haven’t heard anything from what I’ve seen.

Interview submitted! A little awkward but I don't think I said anything too ridiculous.

Hooray! Based on past cases sounds like you should hear rather quickly. Congrats on being through that hoop...

Email the admissions office. The interview isn't "voluntary" if you actually want to get in. Simply not doing the interview isn't an option if you want to get in
Seconded. If you don't do the interview (if offered one), your chances of getting in are nil. Some people get in without interviews iirc, but those are late in the cycle or off the waitlist
Thanks - found a friend's computer to use so will probably get this done by day 11/12...hope that 10 day window isn't too strict

For those of you who received phone calls, what was the area code? I have to be careful about answering personal calls at work but if I know it's Cornell, I can step outside.

Mine showed up as "UNKNOWN", so I just let it go to VM. Not a terribly big deal if you can't take the call
Huh, that's weird. Thanks!

Law schools are pretty strict about following instructions and putting them above your other priorities, so good luck and try to get it done sooner rather than later

Anyone else think an interview wave is coming this week? A few weeks ago it was a wave of dings followed by a wave of interviews the following week.

Is there any boost at Cornell with ED? I know they normally don't like splitters, but I really like them. :( And I'm only like a marginal splitter for them (3.34/168). With a retake in December, should I just wait to apply until then or try for ED 1?

Did my interview 11/9 and my status still says "interview requested." Trying to be patient but not succeeding

Do we think there will be another round or two of interview requests this week? *wishful thinking*
