Just got the call. Interviewed Wednesday, in today!!

Got a full ride yesterday! It completely took me by surprise. 3.5/177 non-URM, admitted last Friday

Got full tuition on Friday (and acceptance the Friday before)!

Checking in. Interviewed 10/23, submitted 11/6, sent to adcom 11/8. Hoping to hear back relatively soon, I'm not a definite acceptance (163/3.87) so I'm pretty nervous. Congrats to all of the big money offers!!

Interviewed about 2 weeks ago, lsat above 75th and gpa below median but above 25th. Still haven't heard anything.

Yeah I'm done with the LSAT for this year because of workload and Feb is so late and my parents do not want me to take a year off so this is what it is gonna be.

You're an adult, you don't have to listen to your parents. I just thought I'd encourage you to do the best thing for yourself if at all possible

No I won't I just won't be going to a T20/14 if that ends up being the case. Additionally, I am international so I my F1 would lapse and I can't work so my parents opinion matters in this case because they would have to pay for an extra year so it's a little more complicated for me. I understand that a higher LSAT would open up a lot more options for me but again I already made the choice to apply with the 165.

I'm not an international so I'm not 100% sure on how it works, but you probably could work in the time off? I'm not sure though. What I can figure though is that if you need visa sponsorship you will need biglaw, and if you need biglaw you need t13

Looking at mylsn.info, it looks like you're going to be admitted, and have about a 3/5 chance of money.

Probably like 90k (although I had better stats than you and they waitlisted me). Not sure how useful a WashU degree will be when you have to go back to your home country. On the bright side, it looks like you have a shot at a variety of t13 schools anyways at high prices. UChicago, Michigam, UVA, Northwestern, and Cornell all show decent odds, and because money doesn't seem to matter that much, I'd recommend UChicago for best odds of getting visa sponsorship

I respect that you're making your own decisions! I retook the LSAT with a 169, my score went down, and I actually MASSIVELY REGRET IT. I missed a lot of really important events and isolated a lot of my friends studying to take it again and it wasn't worth it. The culture on TLS is RETAKE, but if you feel your score represents you as a person, chargers21 is right. You're an adult and you don't have to listen to people on the internet, either
