I have yet to see any JS1s for anyone who is not above at least one of the 75ths or a URM.

By which I mean to say - congrats to all for both your JS1s and your numbers! But the rest of us can probably take a deep breath

I'm not panicking yet. Everyone seems to have a killer LSAT.

Sometimes I take a break and just go hide in the other threads where we have killer LSATs.

Wanted to point out the underlying narrative here that URMs are somehow less/un- qualified. Harvard has so many incredible people applying, I’d think everyone selected for a JS1 or JS2 would have pretty “stellar” numbers — URM or not.

Wanted to point out there is an unequivocal difference of lsat scores necessary to get into law schools depending on URM status, and as a URM, I wanted to find out more information that is particular and more helpful to myself

As someone in a similar situation (URM with a less-than-stellar number), knowing if certain waves are more URM-centric would definitely be helpful. I don't think jimmyplayer601's comment was intended to be demeaning/offensive.

When I looked through the Harvard 2020 thread, I noticed that there were both JS1 and JS2 waves that were purely made up of URMs without “typical Harvard numbers.” I’m holding out for one of those, should I not get one in the coming waves.
