I just got my acceptance package from Duke (was accepted PT last Tuesday) in the mail and the package looks like it went through a war zone (lots of small rips and tears and creases in the paper)...is this normal?

Definitely the norm. Mine looked like hell last year and it only had to go from NC to VA.

This years looked good but I'm in Durham so I'm convinced if it leaves the city It'll look terrible. I assume the color printing of the cardboard is just a lowish quality

Haha, yeah, I’m in Georgia so that might be it. My first thought when I saw it was “what happened to it?” But I assumed it was just my mail person who tends to be rough on things.

Also what is the difference between under review 1 and under review 2? I don't know what the difference between those would be. Thanks for anyone who can clarify!

Usually means it's been passed on to a different reviewer. I'm not sure if it's a requirement for Duke admittance, but most people go ur2 a few days before decision is made

Is it super extra to email them asking for priority track? I got it last year but ended up not going to any law school, and I don't really want to wait...(my lsat score is higher this year too...)
