Any ED applicants here? Itching to speculate on when we can expect to hear back... (with good news -- I get that a rejection will be late December, lol).

Hi all
Does anyone have the link to where Columbia's webinars are available? Admissions officer at LSAC forum told me there are admissions webinars but I can't seem to find them on the website.
Thanks for the help in advance.

I have a fee waiver and it is 100% not need-based since I haven't filled that info outAaronCarter wrote:SopranoSaxophone wrote:I don't know the extent to which this information is official, but I had the opportunity to speak with a Columbia adcomm yesterday, and she heavily implied that the only fee waivers they are sending this cycle are LSAC-calculated need based. This could be the party line and not reflect the truth, but she sounded sincere.
I know a guy (yeah anecdotal af), who spoke with an adcom who said they would make them available by late Oct/Early November.
But meh. probably just worth it to throw the app tbh.

Any idea of very roughly what % of admits were interviewed? Is it something they do for applicants they're less certain of?

From reading past threads, there is the consensus that Columbia interviews borderline candidates or those they are considering granting significant $$$
