I interviewed last week Monday.
When should I hear back if I was accepted. Submitted Early November.

Is Anyone else who interviewed in early November still waiting? Dean Cornblatt said we’d hear back soon but I’m still sitting trying to reassure myself that no news is good news when USPS is the only notice of acceptance...

Finally got a group interview request today. Defs terrified to do it, but at least feeling better to hear anything from any school! This radio silence has been killing me, it's like my future got lost in the mail.

Is it a bad sign to be an ED applicant that hasn’t heard and it’s past the 3 weeks since going complete? Website said decision was guaranteed within 3 weeks but haven’t heard anything

Sounds like decisions are slower than expected because:
a) THERE ARE SO MANY OF US THIS YEAR.
b) It's 2017 and mail still hasn't caught up to Amazon Prime's speed.
I think most people have experienced some kind of delay. So it probably doesn't say anything about you!

Hi everyone, I just got an email today saying I'm admitted. But my checker still says application complete, and I didn't get snail mail yet (But that might be because my address is in China). Also, the email says "Congratulate once again", but that could be because they assume I got the mail already. Or it could be the worst scenario, that is they sent me an admission letter by mistake. Super anxious, thanks in advance for anyone who can help me!

The group interview is super chill/fun! It's not make or break, it's more so the dean can put a face to your name. If anything, it gives you a little insight into the application process, which I appreciated!tmcauliffe96 wrote:Don't be scared!! Same here! Can't log in to the ASW yet. I suppose it's good news - the checker won't update once the application is complete. And the snail mail can be really slow.Perseus1994 wrote:Hi everyone, I just got an email today saying I'm admitted. Got a group interview request today. Should I take it as a good sign? Or do they try to interview everyone? The prospect of a group interview sounds unpleasant, but I'm doing it anyway.

Is your address also not in USA? Same, I can't log on to ASW either, good to know I'm not alone!mimosa12 wrote:Same here! Can't log in to the ASW yet. My letter literally came almost a month after the date that it was supposedly printed. Your letter could be in the mail for all you know.TLS wrote:Is Anyone else who interviewed in early November still waiting? Just had my off-campus alumni interview. Guy was super cool, had a great conversation. Was very upfront about what it means to get an interview and the admissions process. Basically he said if you get to the interview stage, they already like your LSAT score/GPA/Personal Statement. The interviewer rates you on a 1-5 scale, giving you a thumbs up/down/maybe. After that, they go through one last review of you and make a decision. Said they usually send out decisions on Fridays, and that any given wave is backdated by interviews from 1-2 weeks prior.

Same here. Not sure how a group interview with a guy over Skype will work, but I'm taking it as a good sign. Also less nerve-racking than a one-on-oneChiCityLove wrote:Got a group interview request today. Should I take it as a good sign? Or do they try to interview everyone? I'm the exact opposite. The prospect of a group interview seems terrible, but I know I'll be fine one-on-one. I felt like I did myself a huge disservice going to a UVA group dinner instead of telling them I couldn't make it and hoping for a one-on-one instead.mistakepluskeleven wrote:Also less nerve-racking than a one-on-one

Re: Georgetown University Law c/o 2021 Applicants (2017/2018)
Yeah, I think it will definitely be less natural than a regular interview. But I wouldn't want to take the risk of trying to get them to offer an individual interview instead. The invitation sounded like there were a limited number of spots and I feel like they would just write that off as the same as not signing up which doesn't show much commitment. Fingers crossed it's not horrible!JamesBlahDeBlah wrote:I'm the exact opposite. The prospect of a group interview seems terrible, but I know I'll be fine one-on-one. I had a group interview on 11/28 and haven't heard back either (and I live in DC), seems to be common.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
