Serious question.

For Duke or Virginia, there's obvious benefit to submitting when apps open, but what's the benefit of gunning that hard for Chicago when they don't even do interview requests for three more months?

Is that true about Duke and Virginia? I thought by Thanksgiving was OK everywhere.

By Thanksgiving is still early for Duke and Virginia too, but Duke does have the priority track program that gives decisions in ten days or less and Virginia starts reading apps immediately. They've even given out Dillards on the day their app opened.
