UVA c/o 2021 Applicants (2017-2018) Forum

I have been UR since October 23rd with numbers over both 75th percentiles and wrote a why UVA essay. Nothing since then. Should I be worried or am I just paranoid?

I am in exactly the same boat, all the way down to the date (almost, October 24th) I think the general consensus is that they've just been extremely slow this cycle....lucky us, right?

Are you guys UR1 or UR2? I went UR1 on the 30th and just went UR2 on the 6th. I'm pretty much an auto-ding but if you guys are still UR1, maybe they just haven't gotten to you yet?

I'm still UR1 and going a little crazy lol, I'd love to see some movement on their end.

I was thinking that they sped mine up because I'm auto-ding so you know... why bother reading it, just send the ding and be done with it. Maybe this is actually the case and they're taking more time to read yours.

The What To Expect thread usually says the UR dates are kind of irrelevant. Like that it doesn't ACTUALLY mean anything.

I meant the week of 10/20 or earlier. It's that kind of laziness that shaves a few points off my LSAT

I think most schools only send you waivers for one cycle through CRS.

+1 UVA is pretty generous with their fee waivers. I received one two years ago and another one this year. They were handing them out at their table at the LSAC forum. I would definitely ask again.

Have you gotten any emails from them? I'm asking since I got a waiver from Penn last cycle and didn't get an email about a waiver this cycle. But I saw on the app that they had waived it so maybe the same case for you and uva?

I think it's because LSAC's actual website is down
