How long after submitting your application did it take to get a username and password for the status checker? I submitted on Friday and still nothing :/

Probably just depends on how long they have to process the application before they leave for the day. I submitted midday last Friday and got my status checker Monday morning.

Anyone here given a business card by one of the adcomms - if yes, did you ever shoot them an email afterwards?

A few people early in the cycle (first couple days) were admitted without an interview because we had met reps at the fairs and kept in touch throughout the summer. So yeah, just shoot an email saying you’re happy to have spoken with them and look forward to submitting in the coming weeks. Maybe drop a line in your why x as well.

Sent the adcomm an email :) I really like UVa!! I won’t be able to submit til January when my December retake score drops so I hope this puts even a fraction of a point in my favor

Anyone know why UVA asks for dual citizenship info? Only school I'm applying to that asks for it.

No, it was a fellowship offer that I guess they hadn't discussed yet so it was ESPECIALLY out of the blue haha...they've blindsided me twice now, can't say I hate it
