Significantly less exciting than the folks who were admitted today (congrats!) but I'll take the movement

I'm hoping so. I say either late this week or more likely next Tuesday! It seems like there's probably a bunch more people who went UR2 while they were closed that are probably due for a DLS soon.

I haven't been watching my status checker as well as I should have, so I can't really distinguish between UR1, UR2, etc. but I went complete 12/05 and my last status update was 12/07, so I doubt I've undergone any changes either

Same dates for me. I wouldn’t worry about it. Our time will come, most likely towards the end of this month

When will we hear more information regarding named scholarships (RTK, Furman, etc)? I was admitted yesterday but forgot to ask about it on my call.

Ive been UR2 since early December, also got the email, but I didn't write a Why NYU since I didn't see it on the application. Should I write a Why NYU and email it to the admissions office or should I hold tight and wait for decision and send if its a WL?

I've been UR2 since 1/2/18 and I didn't get the email. I have a why NYU letter but decided not to use it until I see if I'm waitlisted. It seems too late since I applied in late November.

Nope. Last year I was UR 2 10/31 and didn’t have any updates until the last week of April when I was waitlisted. Then I got in two weeks later. They also return to some earlier applicants as the season progresses. Just be prepared to wait a long long time

The last couple of years some people who were UR2 forever went UR3 in in early/mid-February and ended up getting programmatic scholarship interviews at the end of the month.
