Their offer seems ethically questionable. But then again, IANAL. (I think I will go ahead and do it as well. I wonder how long it will take to get gift card.

Fee waiver question - does anyone know if it's worth mentioning a Fulbright in waiver requests in addition to the usual GPA/LSAT info? I know that most softs don't matter all that much, but based on Berkeley's criteria for solicited waivers any chance fellowships might be an exception?

I'm still waiting for a Starbucks gift card Penn State promised me from last year, so I have trust issues when it comes to these types of incentives
