First post! Best of luck to all, I'm mentally readying myself for an extra summer of this low-grade anxiety.

Does anyone have any info on the transfer fast track option. Is it a lot easier to get into. I can't find any information on it online

Just withdrew. Best of luck to everyone! I won't be using TLS now that my cycle is done, so hopefully I'll see some of you on SCOTUS!

Checking in as well. Sticking it out until the end, so I look forward to enduring subtle anxiety with all you beauties! I'll see some of you at HLS apparently if no offer comes; best of luck to all!!

Does withdrawing from the waitlist affect your eligibility for fast-track transfer admissions in the future?

From reading the email, it doesn't sound like it, but I'm sure you can email them to double-check.hardchoices wrote:Does withdrawing from the waitlist affect your eligibility for fast-track transfer admissions in the future?

This might be a silly question, but do people get "rejected" off the waitlist? Or do they just sit in obscurity until their deadline comes around?

What all are you sending in (if anything) now that you're on the waitlist?

It doesn't sound like they ding people from the WL (which I think HLS does). It sounds like they just keep everyone on until their deadline passes or they close the class on registration day (which I guess counts as a ding).VapidP wrote:This might be a silly question, but do people get "rejected" off the waitlist? Re: Yale Waitlist c/o 2020
If YLS hasn't changed its practices since 2010, we should know pretty definitively by the end of May.
https://law.yale.edu/admissions/jd-admi ... iting-room
"Generally, the bulk of our wait list activity, if we have any at all, will take place around our deposit deadline, which is on May 3. At that point, if fewer people to whom we have extended an offer of admission have accepted the offer than we projected, we will go to the wait list. Depending on the number of slots we have to fill, we may take anywhere from a week to a month to fill these slots. I would say that usually our class is stable by the end of May."
