does anyone know whether there is any official statement by HLS that students waitlisted in the previous year would have priority in transfer application for 2L?

I saw someone posted something like "Harvard usually will only consider transfer applications from waitlisted students in the previous year first" some time ago

Yale has a similar "fast-track" program for previously waitlisted transfer applicants, so I wouldn't be surprised if Harvard does as well.

No pre or post WL JS-1. And I'm below 25th LSAT (75th GPA), non-URM. What is going on?
