Submitted a commitment LOCI last friday and did the interview this morning. I am not sure if the admission office will be able to see the letter / interview before they made a decision.

Same, did the interview last week, but the class of 2017 graduated Friday. Today was the deposit deadline for the last admit wave. Hope to see some movement this week. I'll be doing a self-guided tour tomorrow and will try to chat with someone from admissions.

Visited earlier this month (self guided tour) and they were pretty firm about not letting me meet with anyone in admissions. However, I hope your luck will be different blel!

My current status says "decision will be available within 24 hours", but I forgot whether it is from april when I receive the waitlist decision or yesterday

It usually says a date right under "Current Status." I'm guessing yours doesn't say a date?

I just checked mine, and I realized that it also says "Decision Letter available in 24 hours." I think it was from before the WL decision came out. But I certainly hope you have gotten in, but I doubt it. It seems they have not made a move on the waitlist since the last day to respond to their waitlist offer is May 15th.

This puts me at ease, though. It seems like they are truly evaluating all their waitlist applicants instead of hastily selecting one here and one there (like some other schools seem to be doing).

Nope, just the person at the front desk that answers the phones. She was extremely helpful and able to answer all of my questions. There were people there and they looked busy. I hope they were review apps, and if they were, I don't mind that they weren't available at all

I don't think this really applies to people like us, who are waitlisted already... It means they at least have read our apps, right?

Someone said the last admit wave (regular around 04/27) has a deposit deadline of 05/22, Monday. So if we don't hear today, I think there's a good chance we may hear next week.

P.S. Anyone else been stalking the FB group? Looks like they are at 137 members - which is presumably a good thing - right? lol

I'm not shocked cause Johann tweeted about how only 99% of admissions results had been sent out at the end of April and I hadn't heard of any movement since then until yesterday.

Hard to know. I can't find any info about that here on TLS. I wish people shared more info online in the past few years.

There is none on reddit. So I assume none? Then they just straight up admit people without even talking to them first? That seems super risky for their yield rate. But maybe it is so late in the process, they just don't care.
