If accepted from the WL do you have to drop out of consideration at all other schools?

You don't have to drop out of consideration at all other schools. You may deposit at this school (which has accepted you), and, if you make it off another more desirable waitlist, you can always ditch Penn and attend that one. That said, it probably will make Penn very unhappy because they pull from their waitlist to protect their yield rate.

I will, however, be withdrawing.

Didn't want to say this yesterday publicly because I didn't want to out myself, but the biggest reason is because it doesn't look like they'll have any financial aid available off the waitlist, and that's a big factor for me.

Hope I freed up a spot for one of you guys! Good luck!

They just asked for resume info and yes I submitted a LOCI about a month ago.
