Update: I did see a few posts from previous years where people claimed they received a status update indicating a mailing and did not receive and acceptance call but were still admitted through the mail. Still hope.

I had the same thing, "Decision made and will arrive by mail."
I received an email that evevning saying the following:
Congratulations on your acceptance to Florida State University College of Law! Your acceptance packet is on the way to you by mail. As a member of our Scholarship Committee here at the College of Law, I am pleased to invite you to apply for one of our 1L Law Scholarships on the basis of your outstanding credentials.
I was relieved after that. Good luck to you all.
