I think we'll be interested in that as well. Did they give you any stats on GRE scores?11charlesJ wrote:I applied on December 8th, and I was told that I'd receive my decision by January 31st. Good news, everyone! I was accepted on the 17th! It was surprising to see them move so quickly. I'll have to wait for my financial aid package before making a decision.

Yes! The admissions rep told me that they're looking for 80-85th percentile in at least one section of the GRE.cyclawps wrote:Did they give you any stats on GRE scores?

When did you apply? And how long was it under review? I have been under review for about a week.11charlesJ wrote:Good news, everyone! I was accepted on the 17th! It was surprising to see them move so quickly. I'll have to wait for my financial aid package before making a decision.

Interesting. Only one section stipulation? At any rate, congrats on your acceptance! That's great news!11charlesJ wrote:Yes! The admissions rep told me that they're looking for 80-85th percentile in at least one section of the GRE.cyclawps wrote:Did they give you any stats on GRE scores?

I applied on December 18th and don't believe I was updated to the "under review" status.

Got accepted by status checker on 1/27!
Anyone know how long it takes for scholarship info to come in? I was told over the phone last week that it takes 2 weeks, but I am hoping it is sooner. University of Arizona is my first choice.

Yes, I was marked as admitted on 1/17, but I haven't received any scholarship information yet. It could be that because I didn't receive an email notification of my acceptance until 1/19, the university is waiting until this Thursday (2/2) to send out their scholarship decision.TheTaylor wrote: I was told over the phone last week that it takes 2 weeks, but I am hoping it is

Sos, my application has been under review since 1/5. Has anyone else had incredibly long review times from U of A?

My first post here. Could you share your stats? (is that allowed?)
UofA is my first choice as well. I'm set to graduate with a BA in Law from there this May. Hoping to start right up in Fall 2017, at James E Rogers.
Waiting on FEB LSAT scores before i apply this cycle.

I really like the U of A because of the dual Degree Program with MA in Latin American Studies. I got a great scholarship offer, so now I'me just waiting on the graduate school to respond.

I was offered more money than the cost of tuition. So I believe the answer is yes.cyclawps wrote:Does U of AZ offer stipends?

I should be more specific, because you're absolutely right! I know there are several 93k offers (yours included), but I mean stipends that offer ~10k over tuition. I had heard something about those being awarded before ASD under a second review process.TheTaylor wrote:I was offered more money than the cost of tuition. If that's the case, I'd like to know more about that! I'm visiting in about 2 weeks and I'll be meeting with financial aid, so I'll have to ask about that.cyclawps wrote:I should be more specific, because you're absolutely right! You are right, they do offer more. Just got an email about it. It's $7,000 for your 2l and 3lcyclawps wrote:I should be more specific, because you're absolutely right! Depends on the award. I just heard of a 10k disbursed over 2L and 3L. Thanks for following up.TheTaylor wrote:You are right, they do offer more. Just got an email about it. Yeah, that's it. If you were already awarded the $2,000 stipend then you would get an additional $10,000. Or you could be a teaching assistant and make $13,000 per year during your 2L and 3Lcyclawps wrote:Depends on the award. I just heard of a 10k disbursed over 2L and 3L.
