Not very. Already received higher offers from schools ranked 10-13 spots higher.
Makes me feel better about myself...submitted the wrong personal statement  so even if I got in, I wouldn't go on account of money
they do provide a very generous travel stipend though. I might visit just for fun

Out of curiousity, why would people want to go to UCI when they probably have good enough numbers for USC/UCLA and UCI isn't even being very generous with scholarship?

Because admissions aren't that clear cut. I got into UCI fairly quickly, then got WL by UCLA, and accepted at USC. So for me UCLA isn't even an option even if I wanted it + USC is hella expensive even if they're "generous".

UCI is still a very good choice for those who want to practice in the OC market. Also COL at UCI is significantly lower than the COL at UCLA or USC. And as a splitter, I was fortunate enought to receive a very generous offer from UCI :)
Would you mind sharing either here or through PM what your stats are and the generous offer :)?

Did anyone else's letter come with a handwritten note that said "scholarship information is forthcoming"? The letter referred to "this award;" it was almost as if they'd deleted the sentence that actually stated the amount.

Didn't get this but received a scholarship! Info was in a separate letter in my acceptance folder, and then I received an email about the same scholarship about a week later.

Admitted today!! Very happy, UCI is my top choice. Will be submitting my SIR tomorrow.

I applied on 1-6-17, a few days after December LSAT scores were released.

LSAT at the 50th percentile, GPA above the 75th percentile.

What is it about UCI that makes it your top choice?

It's the highest ranked law school within a 50 mile radius of where I live.
