Wait what? Anyone who just got in mind sharing the actual quote on this from the acceptance email? I was admitted back in early December but was under the impression that all scholarship info would be sent out in March.

"Please submit the application no later than March 15 for consideration. All the scholarship decisions will all be rendered within the following week".

I think you're right; sounds like everyone gets their scholly offers at once around March 22.

Thanks, that's the same message I got it. Pretty sure it means they'll come out around the 22nd of March like you said.

Oh my bad, I think you guys are right about that. Their wording is a bit ambiguous but your interpretation makes more sense.

According to the admissions rep I spoke to at a law school fair, they do not offer in state tuition as part of a scholarship offer. They can, of course, offset the cost to make your tuition as low or lower than in state tuition.

WA has one of the strictest domicile laws in the country when it comes to this...unfortunately, you have to be a resident of the state for 12 consecutive months for non-education purposes to get in-state tuition. So OOS 2Ls and 3Ls are still stuck on OOS tuition.

Dean Le did tell me in person that some folks defer admission one year and move to Seattle in order to establish residency, so it seems like it's a thing that's understood and granted.

Communicate now with those who not only know what a legal education is, but can offer you worthy advice and commentary as you complete the three most educational, yet challenging years of your law related post graduate life.

*or work more than 30 hours per week in a non-student position while enrolled in 7 or more credits? I'm thinking that's not a great idea for the 1l year.

Even better will be if I get into schools that have the unlimited coverage under the yellow ribbon program. All expenses paid!

Were you an officer? I used all but one year's worth of Post 9/11 on my undergrad. So my 1L year is covered. Also going after Vocational Rehabilitation as well.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
