Only one quarter down, so far, but I don't have any complaints. The Seattle area is nice, and the courses have been challenging and enjoyable. Ask me once my grades come back, and I might have a different attitude, hah!

Hi!
I'm concerned since my lsat score is 153 and gpa 3.5. I know it's low, but do you think I have even a slight chance of getting waitlisted?
Thanks!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but that is a far reach. Even with a 4.0 a 153 would be problematic at many of the t50 schools. Have you used up all of your takes?letsdoth1s wrote:Hi!

I second that. If you have takes left, figure out what's holding you back on the LSAT, master it, and apply with a higher LSAT score.whodareswins wrote:I hate to be the bearer of bad news but that is a far reach. Finally applied here last night. My Christmas wish is for a big scholly from UDub so that I can eat at Toulouse all the time.
Realistically, you're gonna need to raise your score by at least 10 points to have a decent shot at UW. Check out MyLSN to see what your target score should be.letsdoth1s wrote:Hi!

Hello everyone! Has there been any movement for anyone since the release of the Dec LSAT scores?

I wrote the LSAT in both Sept. and Dec. I emailed the Adcomm immediately after my Dec. score was released and my app status checker changed to "ready to review". I feel like I want to vomit bc I really like UW, and my tuition would be insanely low due to the state of Washington's tuition waiver for veterans. However, I actually scored lower on my Dec. lsat due to fatigue I guess, missed some really easy questions on the 4th and 5th sections. sooooo, we'll see how far my 164 gets me.dmgnwk wrote:Hello everyone! I've been UR since 12/19, but got a response from WI yesterday having been UR there since 12/16. Sooooo that hopefully means we'll see movement at UW shortly.dmgnwk wrote:Hello everyone! Has there been any movement for anyone since the release of the Dec LSAT scores?

Re: University of Washington School of Law c/o 2020 ::app cycle 2016/2017::
I have a question my status currently shows me as ready to review, yet on my requirements list it shows my final undergrad transcript as not being checked. Under transcripts received however it does show my final transcript being received but where it lists the individual universities it say no beside each one. I am confused and wondering whether I should contact the school about this or just wait.

Admitted yesterday via email. LSAT >75, 50 > GPA > 25, no optional essays.
Edit: Applied 12/12, complete 12/16, decision 1/10

In last night! Very pleased. Some hard decisions to make now.
LSAT > 75, GPA < 25. Wrote supplemental (I always write supplementals). Applied 12/12, complete 12/19.
Congrats to everyone else who received the good news, and best of luck to all who are still waiting!

Do most UW students live in the University District?

status changed to "In Review" today. How long did people have to wait between this and a decision?

Thanks for the head's up; just checked mine and it changed to "In Review" as well.cianchetta0 wrote:status changed to "In Review" today. How long did people have to wait between this and a decision?
Looking through the thread though, it seems people have gone UR then received a decision in about 2-3 weeks as the fastest timeline.
