Would GW match a WUSTL full ride?

Good chance that they view WUSTL as a serious threat. Not sure if they'll match completely, but WUSTL full ride is definitely a good bargaining chipLawschool305 wrote:Would GW match a WUSTL full ride?

Do you have a link to this? Can't find it anywhere!PDX4343 wrote:The scholarship negotiation form is up on their website as of this morning. Just submitted mine.
Edit: nevermind found it- I was looking on their actual website not the student portal. Now I'm just torn over submitting with the two schools I have offers from or waiting for the others to come in

Yeah sorry forgot to say it's on the admitted students portal, not the actual website. I ended up just submitting now despite still waiting on some of my scholarship offers to come in. I feel like there might be a benefit to getting it turned in early. I ended up just telling them on the 'additional information' section that I would be very likely to attend with a bump in my initial offer.jlc058 wrote:Do you have a link to this? Yeah I am worried about waiting to submit and having less funds to give out as the process goes on. Did you only write money offers you have, or include acceptances from better schools too?PDX4343 wrote:Yeah sorry forgot to say it's on the admitted students portal, not the actual website. I ended up putting the money offers under the 'other offers' section (or whatever it was called) and then put some T-14 acceptances that I'm still waiting to hear back about money from in the 'additional information' section.jlc058 wrote:Yeah I am worried about waiting to submit and having less funds to give out as the process goes on. I'm not sure how much GW would be interested in negotiating with an ASU offer. Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel like difference in market trumps the similarity in ranking

Re: George Washington c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
I was accepted but I haven't heard anything about scholarship (there was no info in my acceptance email) and I'm getting nervous. I'm below everything for GPA but at 25% for LSAT. GW is the only school I've been accepted to and I'd be thrilled to attend but sticker is not an option. I'm not sure what the process is...can anyone help? I'm clearly not expecting a full ride but even 10-20k per year would be a serious, serious help.

Scholarship info comes with the acceptance email, so it looks like you'll need a competing offer to negotiate with. According to the 509, 45% of the class is paying sticker...bopcity wrote:I was accepted but I haven't heard anything about scholarship (there was no info in my acceptance email) and I'm getting nervous. +1. Have Fordham, Vandy, WUSTL, BU & Cornell with some money. GWU offered me 1/3.Lawschool305 wrote:Would GW match a WUSTL full ride?

On the admitted students portal, where you submit the scholarship negotiation form, it says that GW doesn't offer any full rides for students who were not accepted under the binding Presidential Scholars program.bunney_j wrote:+1. Damn thanks! GW is one of my top choices and I want to be in DC for personal reasons, but can't justify paying 100,000 morePDX4343 wrote:On the admitted students portal, where you submit the scholarship negotiation form, it says that GW doesn't offer any full rides for students who were not accepted under the binding Presidential Scholars program.bunney_j wrote:+1.
