Does anyone know the first seat deposit policy at Vandy?

Nvm. I thought I couldnt find that info anywhere but found it in one of the emails. You only have to withdraw from other schools for the second deposit in June. In case anyone else was wondering. I have another deposit coming up and wanted to know! I don't post here a lot, but you guys have been super helpful always.

For waitlisted folks?
Sorry should have been more clear - this is for people who haven't heard any sort of admissions decision.

Damn mid-may?!?!??!!?!?!? So you could be waiting another month? WTF
Hahahaha, wow! What a joke.
I literally cannot believe this is happening. My s/o and I have a deal that I'll withdraw May 1 because my decision impacts his job search, etc. :( :(

Does Vandy truly not negotiate scholarships?

I sent a Why Vandy after being waitlisted. I had intended to send LOCIs into the summer.

What are the odds of getting accepted and getting anything close to a $25-30k/yr scholarship this late in the game? That's probably what I'd need to make Vandy work, because I've got a Top 30 school offer on the table that's $20k/yr total tuition.

I got accepted on Friday with $25K/year. It surprised me given how late they came with the offer, but I'm committed elsewhere so I went ahead and withdrew. Hoping that finds its way to you!

They said explicitly that they didnt after scholly came out, and a few people on here received word that they wouldn't negotiate either after attempting to solicit a negotiation. I like Vandy yet that made me withdraw.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
