Same here, I am not too concerned as UF is not very high on my list, but I do not know what happens next.
File changed to same thing. I'm a splitter, but I've been a splitter at all the peer schools and haven't had an issue, so idk what gives. I was worried about what type of $$ I would get, not getting in!

This same thing happened to several of us who were accepted in the first few days that they were releasing decisions. My guess is that based on some part of your application (splitter, etc) you weren't an auto-admit so they reviewed it, then passed the app up the chain for final approval and acceptance. My acceptance and scholarship came less than 48 hours after the "no decision made" status.

Good luck!

Congrats you guys :D

I wasn't initially offered a scholarship, but I was able to speak with the Dean (she's extremely nice) and we worked something out, and I just got the email today.

Has anybody negotiated with UF for scholarships this cycle? (I'm currently at an 85% scholly, but shooting for the 100% offer, given that I have a full ride scholarship to FSU, Miami, & Stetson.) Any advice?

Same position except didn't apply to Miami. I visited on Tuesday and met the dean of admissions. I am thinking of sending an email saying how much I enjoyed it, and if they can match the other offers I would attend.

+1 on the person who asked about negotiating. I got 75%, how hard is it to negotiate to the full 100? Or should I just wait it out and see if they bump me after not responding ?

Just accepted via email! Application complete 12/7, "no decision made" for past few weeks. Scholarship information in email. Great offer (for me) since I'm a reverse splitter. 70% scholarship! I am a Florida resident.

Just checked my online status checker.

"Current Status: File Review Complete - No Decision Made"

What does this mean??

It means that now you sit for a while and they're comparing your app to others or waiting to see what else comes in. I was in "no decision made" for about 5 weeks so (for me) it seemed like they were waiting for Dec. lsat taker apps to come in. Then (a couple days ago) I went right from that to email saying I'm accepted and status checker changed to decision made.

Hmmmm.... that is surprising. Both my GPA and LSAT are at the 75th percentile. Hopefully I hear back from them soon. Thank you so much for your input!

YW! :) Good Luck! I hope you hear soon.
Just an FYI UF's numbers are up for 2016. 2015 gpa was 3.28 3.50 3.68 now it's 3.33 3.60 3.77 and lsat 155 157 160 now it's 156 160 161
these #'s are from their 509. They had a weird year last year in that there were about 1300 (from 1359 to 2700) more apps than 2015 so I think this year they slowed it down to see what comes in. I couldn't find any other school with that type of increase.

here is 509 for 2015 https://www.law.ufl.edu/law/wp-content/ ... BA-509.pdf and here is 2016 https://www.law.ufl.edu/law/wp-content/ ... BA-509.pdf

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
