I'm so incredibly curious as to how much of the class is filled up so far lol, also wonder how far or close they are to increasing their medians yet again

Seriously
Ive accepted the fact I'm going to blow $500 on a deposit for another school
Does that school happen to start with an "S" and look like a country club? Cuz me too.

Look at LSN, 0 rejections on there-- you must be pretty naive if you dont believe that large waves of rejections are being rolled out right now. but whatever, stick with your assumptions (even though theyve been absolutely wrong in the past, by your own admission)...
Its not that we dont understand that a large wave of rejections is coming, its that we realize UF is going to have to accept at least some of us to fill out their class. It appears that they've only accepted people with GPAs/LSATS that are >75%, and its highly likely that a good majority of those people will not end up at UF. Now yes if youre still holding out with a 140/2.0 it may be time to realize youre going to get rejected, but for the most part it seems as though many of us holding out are on the border of being accepted/waitlisted.

Edit: I see that you said "some" of us. Yes some are totally screwed
That's not accurate. I expect they'll be accepting more people soon, but I also expect they've filled quite a bit of the class already.(as unhelpful and vague as that info is)
The UF Law Class of 2020 Facebook group currently has 112 members. Obviously, that number is likely not a perfect reflection of how full the class is, but it's probably close enough.
123 now.... hmmm maybe they are accepting people afterall? 10 people per day lmao.

Make that three for the "S" country club! Maybe we will all end up there together

Did you get accepted today? I'm hoping they release a wave of decisions today, it would make making the decisions for this cycle way easier. If not, they are really cutting it close with so many deadlines coming up for other schools.

I just contacted UF Admissions to see if I could get anymore information. I was told the generic mid to late April answer.

Trouble is that I have a $500 seat deposit due tomorrow. UF is my top choice. But they DO NOT refund for other seat deposits made due to their late decisions.

I understand UF wanting to boost medians however it think this whole stall tactic isn't going to work in their favor. There are so many highly qualified people on this board with significant scholarship opportunities elsewhere. With seat deposit deadlines approaching, I don't think they are going to be willing to give up their scholarships to wait for UF.

Ugh  PLEASE JUST TELL ME UF.

I'm still confused about the "No Decision Made" status. Has anyone actually been waitlisted, or is this their way of waitlisting people?

Got the same answer when I called today, still need to see where they are at after this deadline and then hope to make decisions asap throughout the next week or 2.

As per admissions, the "no decision made" is not the same as being waitlisted.

My buddy just said he was admitted to UF like a half-hour ago, so they are starting to admit people!

It would be so satisfying if they sent out a huge wave tonight. Like they had us ranked and ready this whole time. That would be sweet.

I think they're scrambling to raise that LSAT median now that people are accepting offers and withdrawing apps. He has a low 160's LSAT and a sub 3 GPA.
