Has anyone found a thread or page for students admitted to UF law for this coming Fall semester?

Does UF have a priority deadline for letting applicants know like other schools? Don't see it on their website unless I missed it.

Their canned response when you email their office says they're aiming for decisions in mid to late April.John749 wrote:Does UF have a priority deadline for letting applicants know like other schools? Don't see it on their website unless I missed it.

Lol let's let everyone know after most school's deposit deadline because they will surely drop everything and come here instead. No, I won't.jcburns wrote:Their canned response when you email their office says they're aiming for decisions in mid to late April.John749 wrote:Does UF have a priority deadline for letting applicants know like other schools? Right? I put my deposit in for fsu today and Im moving on. I applied 5 months ago and they cant even let me know so I can come to their admitted students day. I cant make the April one if I even get in. im taking my scholarship and just going to go where they want me and are actively showing it.WamBamThankYouMaam wrote:Lol let's let everyone know after most school's deposit deadline because they will surely drop everything and come here instead. Moving on as in you let UF know you're out, or you're moving on for now but willing to take the hit and lose the deposit if UF answers?marshallu wrote:Right? Im not going to withdraw my application just yet because I still want to know if i get in in case they get back to me in the next week or so. Its a lot of time and effort to just never know what would've happened but I emailed FSU my decision statement and other paperwork and Im not willing to lose the deposit unless by some miracle UF decided to offer me more than FSU.Doesthenamematter wrote:Moving on as in you let UF know you're out, or you're moving on for now but willing to take the hit and lose the deposit if UF answers?marshallu wrote:Right? Re: UF c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
I haven't sent in my deposit yet because I'm waiting to hear back about my scholarship application before making a final decision (between W&L and FSU). After I hear about money, I'm ready to make decision and move on with apartment hunting and everything. I'll most likely be seeing you at FSU this fall!marshallu wrote:Im not going to withdraw my application just yet because I still want to know if i get in in case they get back to me in the next week or so. Looks like yesterday a few people got acceptances (via LSN) with significant $$$, could just be auto accept numbers but I'm not sure. Hopefully we get some movement tonight or tomorrow considering the priority deadline was yesterday and that would give everyone time to visit/make arrangements.

To anyone that has already heard back from all their schools and decided against attending UF, don't forget to let the office of admissions know so that a spot could be offered to someone else

I second that! UF is still my first choice. I'm hoping to hear back sooner rather than later, house hunting takes time.Doesthenamematter wrote:To anyone that has already heard back from all their schools and decided against attending UF, don't forget to let the office of admissions know so that a spot could be offered to someone else

For those of you still waiting to hear back, I really wouldn't withdraw or anything. ASD really showcased the welcoming atmosphere that the law school has, everyone was so friendly.
I can't imagine how rough waiting must be but I really do think UF is worth the wait.

Does everyone's status basically say "under review" at this point (assuming their priority deadline is March 15 like FSU)? Because on 3/15 mine went from ready to review to under review... I don't want to get my hopes up that I might get a decision soon when its the default setting at this point, u know? Been checking ASO 500x an hour haha.
