This is my first choice school, but I'm on the waitlist. Congrats to all of you who have already been admitted!
Seconding question and congratulations.

Been waiting some time now. I wonder if we'll hear back after June 1, when deposit deadline is due. Another law school admitted me this week with a full ride + extra money via stipend, and I'm in love with said school and interested in going for sure, yet I would like to hear back from Wash U anyhow, as Wash U also interviewed me for up to a full ride.

When I went to meet with them after being waitlisted about two months ago, they said I probably wouldn't hear anything until June/July, after the second seat deposit was due

Hey all, just checking in - I've been on hold since January and am curious as to when I might hear back? Anyone have any experience with this?

Also just withdrew. I accepted a full ride with an annual stipend elsewhere.

Forgot to say I withdrew last Friday. I really liked WUSTL. I just decided that I wanted to stay in california.

Where are you going to matriculate, if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks! Yeah my wife already has a job near LA. Just visited yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. It's kind of a have. in LA. But I still think WUSTL the prettiest school i've visited. It was a really tough call. Especially given the cost of living.

Very good call though if you want to stay in CA. WUSTL doesn't have a ton of reach in CA, although you probably could have gotten back here because of ties anyway.

Has anyone on this thread still not heard any initial decision from WashU? I submitted my application in December and haven't heard a peep since. I'm seriously considering just withdrawing my application at this point, but could it be possible that I got rejected/placed on hold or waitlist and did not receive any email communication about it?

Did it ever say under review? I didn't apply until March and I heard back in early April

I haven't heard anything either (applied late Feb). Did an interview and everything - I got the email in mid March that said that they would make further admits later. I sent a LOCI since then but still no decision, finally emailed this morning to ask about the status of my app.

I am also in the same boat... How did the admissions office respond?

In my case, I emailed them and explained that I had not yet heard back from them. There must have been some mix up on their end because they then forwarded me my decision letter.... which was dated in February. Pretty ridiculous situation in my opinion, but I'm glad I asked. If you haven't heard back from them and want to inquire about your status, you should reach out to them.

They said the admissions office hadn't yet made a decision on my file and that they're working as quickly as possible to do so.

I think the username is the email you applied with and the password is your first and last initials plus the last four of your social security #. i.e. JDXXXX

Has anyone who was put on hold heard back yet? I think it's absurd that they haven't made a decision on my app, especially since I applied in early October. Not even going to attend if I were accepted, just kinda want to know what's going on.
