I have been complete since 1/21 and it's been silent. Probably NBD though based on most timelines, right?

Re: Texas C/O 2020 (2016-2017) Applicants
Has anyone made a UT c/o 2020 thread for those who plan on attending?
I would make it but I'm not 100% sure I'll be attending.
The odds are increasing for UT though... I think fin aid will be part of the push, as well as how I feel about Boston.

I really wish all schools would just include scholarship offers with acceptances. I've had two schools do it, and I think it would make this whole waiting/decision stage much less stressful.brinicolec wrote:I think so, although I'm also waiting for scholly info so I'm not 100% sure.Torres1893 wrote:Scholarships are notified via email right? Thanks! I'm in the same spot you are, but also don't have OP experience, so better you did it.brinicolec wrote:Welp, bit the bullet and OP'd the c/o 2020 thread for accepted students.

I don't have it on me right now, but I think it is in the admissions package. There is definitely a stipend, though--just having trouble finding it now too strangelyLitt1tUp wrote:How do you request it?poptart123 wrote:There is a stipend for OOS

Slightly-related question: How long after getting the call did you get the admissions package?poptart123 wrote:I don't have it on me right now, but I think it is in the admissions package. Am I correct in my thinking that UT only requires the FAFSA for need-based aid consideration?

I got an invite by email to apply for an ASD scholarship up to $300, and had to fill out an online request form.poptart123 wrote:I don't have it on me right now, but I think it is in the admissions package. Yep, I think for UT it's pretty much just merit and loans. Haven't heard much in the way of need based.brinicolec wrote:Am I correct in my thinking that UT only requires the FAFSA for need-based aid consideration?
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
