you can get off a waitlist right before finals start ?
I'm not sure. I was being hyperbolic to show my commitment. I've only heard of people getting off WL by orientation day at the latest, but I could be wrong on this.

In the same position. JSNone. I have not been Rejected nor Waitlisted. I applied in September.

Tomorrow is my Alamo!

Yes yes yes, JSnone. But what about us JS1's with no decision.
Same thing. You're probably bound for the second WL wave.

That makes sense. Columbia starts way earlier than Harvard.

Any other JS1s yet to receive a decision? Really confused as to what's going on.

Maybe they are seeing how many people withdrew from the waitlisted? Or maybe there are a handful more calls to be made!

JS1 end of January, waitlisted last night via email to check status checker around 7:15PM -- after I thought I was in the clear. Happy I'm on the waitlist but Harvard is definitely my first choice so still a little disappointed. Stats are both between 25% and median. Good luck to everyone still waiting to hear and everyone on the waitlist. Congrats to those accepted, you earned it!

I am another JSNone who got waitlisted last night! Will probably put down a seat deposit at another school but stay on the waitlist.

Checking in. Waitlisted yesterday. JSNone.

JS's are required for admission, yes? Anyone know when waitlisters start getting JS requests?
