Above 75ths (although I've heard this matters a bit less for Berk), and I applied almost right away don't remember the date

These acceptances all appear to be applications sent in September... so my October-submitted application still has hope.

In yesterday with phone call!! First post ever, long time lurker. LSAT 165, GPA 3.79 URM Mexican. 4 Pg PS. No Why Berkeley. Submitted around October 27th.

GPA: 3.88
2 page PS
Pretty strong Why Berkeley
Diversity Statement (mixed ethnicity)
Above average softs for an undergrad

FWIW I'm a reapplicant and I think they post things similar to that kind of often or always around thanksgiving

That's nice that they're giving a reassuring update tho. Good on them.

When they called me they also said status checkers aren't going to change until mid December, in case that's helpful for people to know.

I'm a little confused. Do they usually give phone calls for rejects/waitlists/holiday greetings? Shouldn't the number of admits (phonecalls) stay the same regardless of how many applications they received?
