First time poster. Stanford is the last school I need to hear from. I called admissions today asking about their timeline. They told me they are trying to have all decisions out by next week. They also said if you have any deadlines coming up, to email them about the exact deadline and they will put a note in your file to try to expedite the decision. The person I talked to said they cannot guarantee that they will expedite it, but they will certainly try. Just wanted to let those of you still waiting know! Good luck!

I'm out of the country and the postal service is a little iffy hear, so if someone wouldn't mind PMing me with the instructions for accepting the WL spot I'd appreciate it. I was given the impression that I just needed to confirm with an email to the admissions office. Is that correct? No form?
Yeah that's fine. I am travelling out of country and got my WL by phone. I emailed them that I wanted to remain on the waitlist and they replied confirming my spot, and said no further action was needed.

I really hope you get into S or Y and go there because I would not love it if you were in my section at H. Sending positive vibes your way.

Also, when are people sending LOCIs for S?

You would actually never know...i hope im in your section, you would love me....and then one day when were fucked up..ill whisper in your ear..." i am dyebri are we in a countercycle"" your life will forever change
I am constantly contemplating whether we are in a countercycle because of you--dyebri! :D

Have you heard back since? Just wondering if there's anyone out there who hasn't still.
