I live in Hawaii, which might account for the delay, but I was told I would hear back by the end of April at the latest and still haven't received any word (checked the mail again today). Since I applied in October, I am feeling prettyyyy frustrated. I'm sure I'm getting Reserved anyway, but please, just for peace of mind!

I would call and check if a decision has been sent. I have a friend who lives in Hawaii and heard back in February (reserved).
