I think you'll find many similarly situated customers in the waitlist threads

Whats's the consensus on books that are a must-read before 1L? I'm ready to order "Getting to Maybe" but the publication date is 1999! It's not outdated?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Getting to Maybe was updated in like 08 I think? Either way, if there's one area you probably don't need to worry about obsoletion, it's law school exams.

Leave immediately and get back to Facebook. It's safe there.

Hi friends! Quick question, are law schools required to let you know about their waitlist or could they just leave you hanging?

Currently WL'd for 4 schools who have all ghosted my multiple LOCI's. At this point I won't go to any of them but I just want to know if I'll ever hear anything.

Why not just withdraw if you've made up your mind?

I'm guessing the outside chance at an unexpected large scholarship
This, and knowing if I'll get in.

I got a scholly to do it so I went. I don't think I got much out of it, but maybe once class starts I will feel like it was more worthwhile. If I had paid for it I probably wouldn't feel too good about it

This was actually addressed in the last edition of the alumni magazine. In brief, we had an IT guy in the early 90s with a helluva lot of foresight.
