Re: University of Washington School of Law c/o 2019 Applicants (2015-2016)
I wondered if I should do that, but that got me thinking about other questions I didn't have the answer to (like if I got in, would they base my scholarship amount off my October score since they didn't consider my December score? etc.), and so I decided not to ask. Perhaps I should have? Although we are getting pretty close to December score release time by now. Probably should have asked back in November :/gastronomy wrote:Did you ask the adcomm to place your app under review, and not wait for your December score? Otherwise, I think the schools place your app on hold.SeattleStudent wrote:Checking in. Applied in November. Took the LSAT in October, but they are holding my app for review until my December score comes in.
My GPA is almost at 75%, my LSAT is almost at 50%. Why do you think they are holding my app? I feel based off my numbers it would be safe to go under review right now. When I think about how connected my PS is to UW, and my legal work experience in downtown Seattle, the fact that my app hasn't already gone under review is making me super worried!

Mine says "in review" as of 12/4
Anyone hear back that had a similar "in review" date?
I'm so impatient!

I've been 'In Review' since 11/17 so I think you've got a ways to go.
Maybe not though; everybody's turnaround time seems to vary pretty dramatically. As much as I want there to be a magic formula that tells me that today (or tomorrow or whenever) is the day, I haven't found it yet. It'll happen when it happens is about the best response I've got for my own impatience. At least with the holiday, everyone's on vacation so we can stop wondering for a while.

I submitted 11/19 and have been put on hold until December LSAT score is submitted. Im fairly certain schools encourage you to submit prior to the LSAT score anyways.

It included a welcome letter and handwritten note from the dean. Was nice. No scholarship info.gastronomy wrote:For those who have already received your admissions welcome packet via snail mail, what did it include?

Do you love the undergrad? It's such a beautiful campus! Their medical school is one of the best!

I'm new to the site. I got a call from Dean Le on December 18th that I got in and I applied on 11/17 as well.

I went complete on 12/1 and I also got a call on the 18th, so I am really sorry that you haven't seen any movement.Navyhornguy wrote:SlithyTove wrote:Anyone see any movement recently? UR since 11/17 and starting to get craaaazy.
