Nada. Keeping my hopes up but will start to study for the October LSAT (am reapplying if I dont get off the waitlist)

I called last week and they said they are sending decisions out weekly but it doesn't seem like anyone has heard anything in weeks.

Just got another "Columbia Law School Admissions Decision" email with no actual decision.

Same here, they are going to drive me crazy hahaha

Edit: do you have the link to the reserve response form? The one in my PDF doesn't seem to be working.

"Some applicants... will be notified that Columbia was unable to act favorably on their candidacy this year."

That's a pretty ridiculous way of saying "rejected" lol

And when they wrote "we suggest you proceed with alternate plans" I felt a pang of pain and couldn't help but think if this second reserve = slow rejection

Sent in a LOCI literally 90 minutes before getting that email. Thought it was a "whoops, forgot to tell you we rejected you."

Wait, so you got an email saying you're being taken off reserve?

I'm just asking, because I haven't gotten any email at all (no second reserve email and no rejection email)

No, I got the non-decision "decision" email. I just happened to send in a LOCI just before then, so I thought it might be related. Apparently not since quite a few others got it as well.

FYI, just found out the following from the 2017 thread:

Last year, people received the second reserve email on 6/13, with few people receiving it on 6/17. Remaining people who did not receive the second reserve email got dinged via mail that week.

After that, the third reserve email went out on 7/7. No one got off from the second or third reserve from Columbia last year, and the last survivors were "released" on the third week of August.

Also got the non-decision email. They really need to change the subject of it, I get excited/nervous every time.

You could go to /thirdreserve if you have any doubts. I tried that but it didn't recognize me, so I'm thinking it's last year's third wave, and the poster above is correct that we're on second reserve.

Also, I'm expecting the office to receive many confused emails and send a clarification.

Yea I called before but the admissions office had already left for the weekend at 3. I guess everyone in admissions had big plans for the 4th and didn't have time to proofread the email lol
