How long did it take to get a status checker email (assuming they use and provide one)? I applied on the 27th and havent received a response email yet.

09/21/14 - Sent the App
09/21/14 - Application Received
09/22/14 - Application Complete

Still nothing, but I've heard FSU takes a relatively long time. Checker says expect to hear back before 3 months....

Naturally, I received the status checker email about ten minutes after submitting my previous post.

I emailed them after two weeks and they sent an email back saying they have "a large volume of applications and are working diligently to process them all." I got the status checker email that day but hope they don't count it against me...

I spoke to the Dean during an LSAC forum and she said they don't start reviewing anything until mid-November.

Damn. Good to know though. Now I can ignore them for the next month.

Checking in. 166/3.85. I actually go to FSU and have been to the law school a few times for interviews with various Deans and they said they'll start by early November. Previous cycles show they start making decisions around this time as well

Good luck

Went complete 9/22, and review on 11/04

Looks like everyone up to this point went in together.

I went complete 9/30, so maybe that's why I'm still under "Application Complete"?

Went complete 11/4.

No change in status.

Here are my frustrating reverse splitter stats:

3.91 UGPA
157 LSAT

If you got a 157 cold you'd be crazy to apply to schools without retaking

You think it's worth it to try to retake in December or February for this cycle? I seriously cannot sit out another year for law school. Being a legal assistant is sucking the life of me.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
