Yeah I got that too, I wasn't sure if it was sent to everyone or if some of the applicants had already heard back.mak04 wrote:I got an email yesterday that said...mohdban wrote:Anyone hear back about their Gregoire Scholarship Application?

Accepted at the Gregoire scholarship! Man, I have some serious thinking to do.

Accepted for Gregoire Fellowship. Feel humbled, but will not be able to accept. I am afraid if I leave Cali I will not be able to go back. My brother is in Utah and got close to a full ride there, but he can't get the same love in Cali.
Hopefully they can reassign the Fellowship to someone else.

Also, I feel like UW, as much as they want you to drink the Kool Aid there (ASW felt that way), only has regional pull!
So, even though tuition would be reasonable, I just (and I WISH it were different) cant wrap my heart around feeling it would be a good decision. I just cant! I don't want to be stuck in Washington 7 years from now if I don't want to be there!

I called a week ago & they said second half of May. Their deposit deadline was May 1, but some people had asked for extensions to May 15. After that they will begin making offers to WL applicants.sometime82 wrote:any WL movement? when does it usually start ?

Me too. But things have a way of changing when you are standing at a different vantage point. How in the world should one go about letting them know: "thank you...but"...do you guys think the companies that were involved with the Fellowship would blacklist you?

So what's the deal with the WA state bar exam? Has it changed in recent years? I was under the impression is one of the hardest in the country (behind CA and NY), but I was reading about NYs switch to the Uniform Bar Exam and some of the article say WA participates? I'm guessing it's only portions of the UBE and that Washington's bar exam is still a bear? Thanks in advance, I'm out of state and this stuff is hard to parse online.

UW"s most recent WA bar passage rate is 93.8%. You'll be fine.Cpt Zapp Brannigan wrote:So what's the deal with the WA state bar exam? Has it changed in recent years? Hey everyone! I'm an HLS student taking a class with a professor visiting from University of Washington, seeking past outlines from his class. I'm not sure where else to post, so if there's a better forum, please let me know!
The professor is Robert Anderson, and the class is Water Law. I may be taking Natural Resources with him as well. If you know anyone who may be willing to share their outline with me, I would be very grateful! I'd be happy to trade some of my own outlines as well.
Thanks!

Just going to piggyback off of this; I'm also interested in these outlines or in past exams/exam answers. Would love to discuss a trade via PM with any UW students!atx2bma wrote:Hey everyone!
