The waiting kills...

So, what do folks like about Seattle? I'm a big fan of the nature around there. Don't much care for the U district but everything a ways outside the city is gorgeous.

Where are you seeing the "in review" status on your application? I submitted my application through LSAC and it shows up as completed and sent. I see the "check application status" link on the UW website but I don't see where you can register and the log-in info isn't the same as LSAC. Any thoughts?

All the schools you apply to will send you an individual username and password for you to sign into the status checkers. Once you sign in it will show you where you are in the application process!

I visited the school last week and they said they were intending to at least have early decisions done in the first half of December.

The wait is killing me! Do you y'all think it would be appropriate to email the school and politely ask if they would hurry up?

I'm at their 50th for LSAT and 75th for GPA and my app has been in review for over a month now. Anyone know what the hold up could be?

Similar situation here.

My guess is UW is ambitiously trying to climb up a spot or two in their rank, or at least maintain their rank, so they're likely taking applications off the top (in terms of #s rankings) and focusing on securing their median, or reaching for median+2 pts.

So, the higher you numbers, the more competitive you are nationally, and thus likely first in line for review-->accept.

While the rest of us...

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
