UConn: the message t the top says my app is under review, reviewed in order rec'd. status stays complete. Very little movement on LSN, looks like few decisions so far.

Quinnipiac put me in review after a day and I've been under review since 12/13. Someone from the school looked at my LinkedIn page, so it appears they have actually reviewed my file at some point.

That's all I know, hope it helps.

Edit: I applied for a deans fellows scholarship at QU so I don't know if that changes the time frame, or by how much.
Thank you so much for responding. The snail's pace at UConn is killing me. Good luck with your scholly at QU
QU acceptance: status changes to "Decision Mailed" with the date. Email a few hours later with congrats message and a notice if you've been awarded a scholarship (does not give the scholarship amount).

When complete says "up to a month," does that mean up to a month to reach completion, or up to a month for it to change?
I've been complete since 12/10, so I hope I don't have two days until I need to worry.

Up to a month to reach complete, but I wouldn't count the 24th to the 3rd.

Not anything special, but my NYU call was a 646 number.

My (RD) Penn acceptance came by phone call (though she said an email would follow). It was a very fast turnover rate from UR2; 3 days.

It was a 215 number.

I know this is kind of minor, but in the interest of minute details here are some for Chicago:

When you get the interview invite your status checker changes to: "Invited to Interview"
Then when you schedule the interview: "Interview Scheduled"
After the Interview: "Application Under Review" (mine changed back to UR pretty much right after my interview was over to the current date)

:D This is a great thread Scoobers, thank you!

Alabama called for both the acceptance and scholarship offer.

Hey Scoobs, on UVA you have acceptances as via phone call, but mine was via email and I never got a phone call. :)

Also, I don't know if you want to get this in-depth for Michigan, but deans' scholarship offers are listed on the admitted student's site. The number listed is the amount per year.

Hey Scoobs,

I don't know this from personal experience, just from trolling the Penn threads, but acceptances come via phone call. Status checker is updated later.

I posted in the mods thread and requested a sticky, but no response. I actually have no idea if that's the process for requesting a sticky or not.

Oh Northwestefn acceptances come via the online decision letter delivery system. Idk how you want to describe it, but you log in and view your letter. There is an email you get first telling you the letter will be available soon.

No calls or decision emails that I know of.

I would think that should work.

FWIW, after you get the waitlist email from UVA, your status check changes to "Please check your email inbox for an update on your application status. If you did not receive the update, please contact the Admissions Office at...". I didn't look through the thread to see if this has been posted, but it wasn't in the OP so I figured I would share just in case. Thanks for this!
