RC Powerscore effective?

I'm scoring 4-6 wrong per RC section recently, and would like to know if the powerscore rc bible will help improve my score. I've heard that rc is mostly a non-learnable section, past a couple of pointers about reading for structure and whatnot. Is the bible worth it for me at this point?

That is not true. RC is learnable, but requires much effort for most people. You can improve. Most people just don't put in the same amount of time into RC as they do the other 2 sections. You need to do multiple passages just as much as you do multiple games. I prefer the Manhattan Prep Reading Comp guide over PS. It hard to say what's going to work for you until you try it. MP and PS are both good, but the approach for each is a little different.
